Chief Executive Officer
Greg Furst is Highstreet’s chief executive officer, appointed by Highstreet’s Board of Directors, effective April 2016. Mr. Furst is recognized as an entrepreneurial leader with more than 20 years of experience in building organizations within the IT Managed Services and Professional Services space. He has led several high-profile initiatives in direct sales, marketing, product management, general management and strategic partnerships.
Prior to joining Highstreet. Mr. Furst served as CEO and President of Atherio, a global Oracle technology services company providing end-to-end technology enabled business solutions to the enterprise. He also served as EVP of Sales & Marketing at Rolta International, a global consulting company. Before this, he was Vice President & Regional Portfolio Executive at CSC, a global provider of technology-enabled business solutions & services. Additionally, he has held leadership roles at SAVVIS Communications where he was the VP and GM of Hosting Services and at Digex, where he was VP of Sales. Mr. Furst holds a BA from Bucknell University and an MS from Johns Hopkins University.
Chief Operating Officer, Managed Services
Nick Magliato is Highstreet’s chief operating officer, focused in the managed services area of the organization. His initiatives address the titanic shift enterprise CIO’s are making to cloud platforms.
Mr. Magliato has spent his entire career in managed services, most recently as Head of Managed Infrastructure Services at Fujitsu Americas and before that as Chief Operating Officer of Managed Services at Sungard Availability Services. Nick received his Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Mathematics from Syracuse University.
Chief Financial Officer
Ben Davies is Highstreet’s chief financial officer. He leads the administrative, financial, and risk management operations of the company, including the development of financial and operational strategies, metrics tied to those strategies, and the ongoing development and monitoring of control systems designed to preserve company assets and report financial results.
Mr. Davies brings to Highstreet 20 years of business experience covering M&A, finance, accounting, corporate strategic planning, and management. Before joining Highstreet, he served as CFO at Octo Consulting Group where he managed multiple internal support departments. Prior to Octo, he was a Senior Manager for Ernst & Young’s Transaction Advisory Group. Ben received his undergraduate degree in Commerce from the University of Virginia and is a licensed CPA in the state of Virginia.
Executive Vice President, Sales
Cecil Cadwallader is Highstreet’s executive vice president of sales for applications and managed services. Mr. Cadwallader’s team concentrates on identifying and providing Oracle ERP professional services and managed services solutions that deliver the desired business outcomes for our clients across multiple industry verticals with a special focus on Healthcare, Higher Education, Non-Profits and Associations, Public Sector, and Financial Services.
Mr. Cadwallader brings to Highstreet more than 20 years of Oracle ERP application consulting experience including more than 10 years of functional consulting and engagement management experience as a vice president with Enterprise Solutions Group (ESG). Cecil received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from James Madison University.
Executive Vice President and Practice Lead
Bill Cage is an executive vice president and practice lead at Highstreet with a focus on commercial clients. This includes a broad portfolio of industries and includes specialized practices in Healthcare, Financial Services and Non-profit organizations. This position is strategic in nature and is focused on client management, thought leadership in the ERP space, general management of the commercial practice, and ensuring that the services provided by Highstreet are best positioned for the success of our clients.
Mr. Cage joined the company through the acquisition of Enterprise Solutions Group (ESG) in 2013 and has more than 12 years of experience with the combined companies. Prior to joining Highstreet, he worked for the Time, Inc. division of TimeWarner with responsibility for their back office IT operations. Mr. Cage holds Bachelor’s degrees in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and an MBA from Columbia University.
Executive Vice President and Practice Leader
Henry Tran is Highstreet’s executive vice president and practice leader for our higher education and public sector practice. Mr. Tran’s role is to provide leadership for direction and business strategies, as well as oversee performance for the division. Mr. Tran works closely with our partners, clients, and prospects to ensure successful partnerships.
Mr. Tran has worked with higher education and public sector clients delivering implementations of Oracle applications for over 20 years. He has extensive industry expertise including a consulting background, which provides unique insights as an executive partner. As a trusted leader, he provides high-level strategy and vision, as well as, project oversight. Mr. Tran graduated from Cornell University with a B.S. in Computer Science.
Executive Vice President, Delivery Operations
Sean is responsible for Highstreet’s delivery operations, which provide implementation and upgrade services related to Oracle’s Cloud, PeopleSoft, e-Business Suite, and Hyperion product lines and their underlining technical components. In this role, Sean oversees the delivery of all professional services projects to ensure client satisfaction and delivery of professional services enabling our clients to achieve their business outcomes. Prior to leading delivery operations, Sean headed Highstreet’s Oracle practice which included a specialization working with the Financials Accounting Hub (FAH). Sean has presented and published numerous white papers on FAH and is recognized as one of the top FAH experts. Sean has been with Highstreet since September of 2007.
Prior to joining Highstreet, Sean was with Oracle for over 14 years, starting as a staff consultant and advancing to a senior practice director before leaving to join Highstreet. During his tenure with Oracle, Sean worked with the delivery of Oracle related consulting services from functional, technical, and project/program management perspective. Before joining Oracle, Sean worked for the FDIC as an Oracle DBA and developer. Sean graduated from George Mason University with a B.S. in Decision Science/Information Resource Management.
