November 22, 2016 — Highstreet today announced that it has expanded its executive leadership team with the addition of three industry leaders with proven track records of scaling technology companies.
Highstreet is proud to welcome three new members who will provide support to our continued aggressive growth plans and market-leading innovations.
The three new executive additions are as follows:
Ben Davies has joined our team as the Corporate CFO
As CFO, Ben will oversee the administrative, financial, and risk management operations of the company, including the development of a financial and operational strategy, metrics tied to that strategy, and the ongoing development and monitoring of control systems designed to preserve company assets and report accurate financial results. Ben brings to Highstreet 20 years of business experience covering M&A, finance, accounting, and corporate strategic planning and management. Before joining Highstreet, he served as CFO at Octo Consulting Group where he managed multiple internal support departments. Prior to Octo, he worked as a Senior Manager for Ernst & Youngโs Transaction Advisory Group managing M&A due diligence teams, and for Dominion Resources in the FP&A, M&A, and Strategic Planning groups. He received his undergraduate degree in Commerce from the University of Virginia and is a licensed CPA in the state of Virginia.
Frank OโNeil has joined our team as Vice President of Sales, Managed Services
At Highstreet, Frank will lead the Managed Services sales organization with the goal of helping clients through the hybrid IT journey and leveraging technology to achieve their desired business outcomes. Frank previously held leadership positions at CSC and Verizon/Terremark, selling and servicing clients in the Fortune 1000 market. Frank has over 20 years of experience in the Managed Hosting, Cloud Data Center, and IT Services space. Frank received his MBA in Sales and Marketing from Babson College.
Nick Magliato has joined our team as COO, Managed Services
Nick Magliato is joining our team as COO of Managed Services, in this role, he will be taking advantage of the capabilities Highstreet has in managed services and adapting these to address the titanic shift enterprise CIOโs are making to cloud platforms. Nick has spent his entire career in managed services, most recently as Head of Managed Infrastructure Services at Fujitsu Americas and before that as Chief Operating Officer of Managed Services at Sungard Availability Services. Nick received his Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Mathematics from Syracuse University.
