Vertical Practices Lead led by William Cage and Henry Tran
The practice leads will provide strategy and thought leadership for shaping our product and services in their respective verticals, in addition to working with clients.
Delivery Operations led by Sean McGuire
The centralizing of our consulting and professional services delivery teams is being done to enhance and create best practices and tools so we can continue to improve delivery to our clients.
Client Executives led by Frank O’Neil
The CX role enables Highstreet to mature our client engagement model and bring the full value of Highstreet to our clients.
