Private University Future Proofs their Operations.
A private North American, the non-profit university needed to be more efficient in performing operational duties and streamline accounting processes. In addition, they wanted to improve their analytics for better strategic decision making for long-term success.
Highstreet provided strategic planning in future proofing their business by moving them from an on-premise application to the cloud. Highstreet then implemented Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning(ERP) and Oracle Business Intelligence Cloud service.
The partnership with Highstreet IT-enabled the university to lower their operational costs, improve real-time decision-making on critical data points that impact their current and long-term strategy.
State College System Achieves Efficiencies by Consolidation.
One of the largest North American state colleges needed to be more efficient in processing Continuing Ed students. The objective was to offer self-service functions to the student body while lowering their operational costs in the wake of shrinking educational budgets.
Highstreet IT provided Implementation services around our PeopleSoft continuing education software solution (ACE). In doing so, Highstreet was able to implement operational processes based upon best practices defined within ACE.
The partnership with Highstreet enabled the college to lower their operational costs by moving to a single system that delivered increased functionality. The college was also able to increase services for their students by allowing for self-service for things such as admission, enrollment, and payments.
Private College Increases Financial Aid Processing Efficiency.
A Private North American college needed to increase their financial aid processing in a timelier manner with higher accuracy. Their financial aid process included ISIR information pertaining to Loan, Pell, NSLDS, FA Term.
Highstreet IT, over a multi-year partnership with the college, provided an engagement model that started with a detailed assessment around the college’s Campus Solution goals. Highstreet then moved into the next stage which provided the college with Functional, Technical and Project management support to automate the college’s Financial Aid processes including: overnight process for importing/inbounding/exporting ISIRs, Loan and PELL files, NSLDS push process to run overnight, FA Term Build to run overnight, Budgets to run overnight, Auto-packaging, Auto repackaging, authorization/disbursement to run overnight, standard term disbursements, 6-week starts, loan proration, and cross over loans.
The partnership with Highstreet enabled the college to more efficiently handle their financial aid processes in addition to being able additional flexible offers to their student body.
