Northwest Mississippi Community College (Northwest) is dedicated to the education and training of the skilled workforce of tomorrow. As part of their migration from legacy CampusKey, which began with the implementation of Oracle Cloud Financials and HCM, Northwest has chosen leading partner Highstreet to implement Oracle Cloud CX and Student Financial Planning (SFP) to modernize processes over the next seven months.
Northwest Mississippi Community College opened its doors as a college in 1928. Now providing impactful education to 18,000 students annually through their degree programs, workforce training, and adult education classes with a 97% career placement rate, students can choose from five campuses, and more than 100 academic and career classes are available online through Northwest’s Division of eLearning, recognized as one of the Top 50 public two-year online colleges in the nation. Northwest is excited to continue this transformative tradition by modernizing their internal systems with Highstreet’s help.

By implementing Oracle CX and SFP, Northwest is eager to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of their recruiting, admissions, and financial aid departments while enhancing the student experience. Oracle CX will facilitate improved modern recruiting engagement, and Student Financial Planning will make the process much easier for students to navigate the process while optimizing processing for packaging, disbursements, credit balances and refunds.
