Academy of Art Implements Oracle SFP Cloud

At the end of June 2021, Academy of Art University went live with Oracle Student Financial Planning (SFP) as their new, modern financial aid SaaS solution.

Financial Aid Shortfalls

Academy of Art runs PeopleSoft Campus Solutions version 9.2 for their student enterprise system. Their legacy PeopleSoft Financial Aid module within Campus Solutions had been heavily customized to meet internal needs, but these customizations ultimately held the financial aid team back. The clunky configurations and nonintegrated solutions resulted in a greater need for manual queries and spreadsheets. These were the drivers that led to Academy of Art’s decision to leverage Oracle’s new Student Financial Planning Cloud solution.

Transformed by the Cloud

Highstreet led the implementation of the Academy’s SFP implementation which included integrations to their PeopleSoft Campus Solutions system as well as customizations to the delivered SFP messages. These innovations allowed the Academy of Art to maximize all the benefits of cloud technology while leveraging Highstreet’s expertise to ensure that all the required functionality was realized.
