Change Management & User Readiness
Simply put, the desired outcome of a project implementation is to ensure your users are prepared to do their job, in the Cloud. We make sure that happens by using our mature OCM methodology and our User Readiness Management approach.
It's Like a Cupcake
OCM is the process and User Readiness focuses on the outcomes.
This creates a successful implementation.
Said another way, who doesn’t love a cupcake? To bake a delicious cupcake, it takes the recipe, baker and utensils manipulating the ingredients. OCM is the recipe, baker, and utensils and User Readiness are the ingredients. OCM drives User Readiness forward to produce a happy outcome.

User Readiness
Our User Readiness Program incorporates four dimensions. Each required to drive end user success in the Oracle Cloud. The diagram below highlights the four dimensions with more details as you mouse-over each section:
Best Practices. Future Processes. Prepared User. Grow & Monitor into full readiness, resulting in a user can do theur hib with new processes.
Future State Business Processes
Business processes are what your team does every day. As such, the foundation must be on the Oracle Cloud best practices and how you will perform your business process in the future. Without that focus you are simply replicating your legacy system, not transforming your business.
Learning
To achieve the project goals, you need users to learn how to do their job in the cloud. Instructional activities and tools are provided allowing them to learn skills necessary to navigate the system and perform the future state business processes. Learning is accomplished thru self-study, knowledge transfer, train the-trainer, and end-user training methods.
User Readiness Assessments
It’s not enough to communication and train. You need to understand where your users are on the readiness curve. Our assessments provide the tools and processes necessary to evaluate various aspects of the users’ readiness for the planned changes. We assess throughout the project and adjust training and support to ensure users are progressing as need to ultimately do their job in the cloud.
Change Adoption
Strategies and plans are provided to all project stakeholders with a focus on explaining the goals, benefits, timing, and high-level status of the project. Our goal with Change Adoption is ensuring stakeholders fully understand the changes being outlined in the project and new cloud environment and are committed. We provide a structured approach via our Organization Change Management methodology for moving stakeholders from the current state to future state.
Organizational Change Management (OCM)
Our OCM approach isn’t an after-thought like other service providers. Our approach is tailored to the Cloud. We prepare your users with the new future state processes regardless of their level of system use.
From an employee who reviews their paystub or completes their annual benefits enrollment via self-service, to your accounting department who lives in the cloud daily, we have you covered.
Preparing the user isn’t merely preparing the user. It requires readying the whole organization to provide ongoing support that all users require.
