Delivery
Transition Service
Highstreet typically initiates its Transition Services program 90 days prior to go-live, with two primary objectives:
Knowledge Transfer & Readiness:
Our team works closely with your team and to gain a deep understanding of your users, business processes, and system configurations. This enables us to provide effective support and maintenance post go-live.
Post-Go-Live Support Planning:
We develop a comprehensive support plan for the first 90 days after go-live, integrating with the implementation team and preparing for the transition to Highstreet’s Extended Cloud Services (ECS).
Key Activities
To achieve these objectives, Highstreet engages in the final phases of implementation to complete readiness templates and ensure operational preparedness. Our team:
- Participates in final testing rounds
- Reviews documentation and configurations
- Confirms user training and readiness
- Validates critical processes (e.g., payroll, compliance reporting, approval workflows)
