Stop by the Highstreet Booth #1048 and learn about our recent Oracle Cloud Application work.
Rockville, MD (March 6, 2019) – Highstreet, an Oracle Platinum Partner, is pleased to announce that it will be exhibiting and presenting at the COLLABORATE 19 Conference taking place in San Antonio, Texas April 7-11, 2019.
Over the last year, Highstreet has taken a leadership position in implementing Oracle Cloud Applications for its clients and has successfully worked with several organizations to move their on-premise ERP and HCM applications to the Cloud.
“Organizations may know us for our PeopleSoft or Oracle EBS upgrades and implementations, but it’s our expertise with these legacy systems combined with decades of industry experience that make us most qualified to help organizations with their Cloud strategy. Whether it be a full “lift and shift” to the Cloud or a hybrid solution, we can help,” states Bill Cage, Highstreet Executive Vice President and Practice Lead.
Highstreet would like to invite organizations attending the conference to their session “Getting your head in the Cloud while keeping your feet on the ground – lessons learned” taking place on Monday, April 08, 2019 (3:15 PM – 4:45 PM at the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center – Grand Hyatt Mission B Room). While many people talk about their methodology, this presentation provides a unique perspective from someone who has led multiple Cloud implementations in higher education, healthcare, and the financial industry. Every application implementation project has an inherent portion that involves change, and that is good. Adopting new behaviors can allow for improved efficiencies, less stress (eventually) and many other benefits.
In this timely session, Highstreet will engage attendees through observations from recent Oracle Cloud implementations and provide insight into effective solutions to address the changes associated with a Cloud implementation. We will cover the struggles, successes, and lessons learned for a variety of Cloud journeys and share some of the actions we took, some of the things we wish we should have done, and the most critical challenges we faced and are still overcoming when implementing a Cloud Enterprise solution.
“With external competition for in-house resources increasing, organizations are recognizing the need for software as a service hosted solutions. In addition to reducing the need for typical on-premise server and software administration, a migration to the cloud allows organizations to better focus on their core business while providing a better service to customers, suppliers, and employees,” concluded Bill Cage, Highstreet Executive Vice President and Practice Lead.
