Lorain County Community College (LCCC) picks Highstreet for their 9.2 Campus Solutions Upgrade. Staying up to date is vital not only because new functionality is added, but it also often resolves issues within the system. This is the case with LCCC as they look forward to a revitalized system that empowers their team with new functionality and tools.ย ย
About LCCC
A public institution calling the City of Elyria in Lorain County, Ohio home, LCCC was founded in 1963. They have learning centers in Wellington, North Ridgeville, and Lorain, providing great access for their students. Accessibility for their students is a priority. This is evidenced by the fact that LCCC was the first community college in Ohio to have a permanent campus. They serve more than 11,000 students each year and offer a variety of degrees. These include associates degrees and certificates, Bachelor’s degrees, and Masterโs degrees through their University Partnership.ย
9.2 Campus Solutions Upgrade
Having replaced their on-premises PeopleSoft Campus Solutions Financial Aid system with Oracle Student Financial Planning (SFP) in June of 2020, LCCC has already seen a lot of their business processes transformed. Their 9.2 Campus Solutions Upgrade makes that original work done even more transformative. By upgrading LCCC, improves their ability to use their SFP investment. No more two-to-three-week delays on regulatory releases and supplemental external support. This upgrade will also accelerate their ability to integrate between Campus Solutions and SFPโsaving money on retrofitting.ย ย
