This service includes SLA backed performance metrics and can be sized to support the forecasted needs of the customer. This service also provides an on-demand response capability to support critical business issues.
Highstreet ECS Extension Services – Extension Services provide the capability for systems to evolve and respond to the changing needs of the business. Highstreet ECS Extension Service includes a low-cost pre-purchased block of service hours, providing the ability to modify or customize the system. Hours can be carried over, providing flexibility and can be easily expanded when needed giving customers access to the complete capability of Highstreet’s Cloud Services Team.
