In 2015, there were 11.8 million college and university students under the age of 25 and 8.1 million students 25 years old and over. In fall 2017, some 20.4 million students attended American colleges and universities, constituting an increase of about 5.1 million since fall 2000.
Adding to the challenge, the profile of incoming college students has changed dramatically in recent years. No longer does the typical student come to college straight from high school, attend classes full-time, and live on campus. Today, 26% of Higher Ed students are working full time while enrolled.
Are your systems ready to meet the demands of the modern student?
