Moving from their Oracle Cloud Customer Experience and Eloqua go-live in February, Spring Arbor University (SAU) went live with Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) this past July. Since February, SAU has been enjoying the benefits of real-time email responses and the awareness data-driven evaluations of campaign effectivity brings—all enabled by Cloud Customer Experience and Eloqua. Everyone has been excited to experience the further efficiencies enabled by this ERP project. This seven-month implementation included the Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, Expenses, Fixed Assets, General Ledger, and Purchasing modules. SAU has seen an incredible digital impact to their Financials processing as they’ve transitioned away from Jenzabar and towards Oracle.
Spring Arbor University experienced significant digital impact to their Financials processing by leveraging ERP’s advanced capabilities which automate the manual processes making the financial team more efficient. This, coupled with automatic updates and analytics drive organizations like SAU forward. Highstreet implemented workflow throughout the Oracle application and introduced requisitions to the organization. During the ERP implementation Highstreet also implemented a catalog punch-out to Amazon which reduced the amount of Amazon Prime accounts from 91 to one single account, resulting in budget savings to the University.
